Ruder Finn is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to join our Healthcare Practice. In this role, you will be a day-to-day lead across strategic communications programs for healthcare clients, helping drive integrated communications programs inclusive of regulatory milestones, disease awareness efforts, social and influencer initiatives, patient advocacy efforts, and earned media efforts. You will work closely with senior account leadership and clients to shape and execute programs that advance client objectives, while also managing workstreams, timelines, budgets, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality, timely and error-free client deliverables. We are looking for someone who is excited to work on dynamic, integrated health care accounts and who brings a strong record of healthcare communications, account management, and client counsel within an agency environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, confident client partner, skilled project manager, and collaborative team leader who can translate complex healthcare topics into clear, compelling communications.
