This organization is trusted by collectors, designers, galleries, and auction houses worldwide, delivering high -touch, end -to -end logistics solutions with precision and discretion. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a client -facing, fast -paced environment and brings a strong blend of commercial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership. As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high -value clients while driving account growth, overseeing complex logistics projects, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–10+ years of account management experience in fine art logistics, auction houses, design, or luxury services
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex, high -revenue client portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Advanced knowledge of logistics operations, import/export compliance, and pricing strategy
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • experience with HubSpot and Moveware is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key and high -value client accounts
  • Build long -term partnerships and act as a trusted advisor on logistics strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross -selling opportunities across service lines
  • Support new business development through networking and referrals
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and market positioning
  • Oversee complex domestic and international logistics projects from start to finish
  • Ensure delivery meets expectations for timeline, budget, and quality
  • Act as an escalation point for operational challenges
  • Coordinate cross -functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage account financials including quoting, billing, and cost control
  • Monitor profitability and adjust strategies as needed
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets aligned with senior -level expectations
  • Provide forecasting, reporting, and insights to leadership
  • Ensure accuracy of regulatory and compliance documentation (CITES, NOAA, U.S. Fish & Wildlife, etc.)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on international shipping regulations
  • Ensure all deliverables meet legal, insurance, and company standards
  • Mentor and support Account Managers and junior team members
  • Share best practices and contribute to team development
  • Foster a collaborative, high -performance environment
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure service consistency
  • Influence internal processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Uphold company service standards and brand values
  • Analyze client feedback and implement improvements
  • Lead post -project reviews to drive innovation and operational excellence
