We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who knows how to build trust, solve problems, uncover opportunities, and keep customers coming back. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting out in front of customers, understanding their facilities and business needs, staying connected, and turning strong relationships into long-term partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships while helping grow HVH’s presence in the market. You’ll: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts Learn your customers’ facilities, priorities, challenges, and future needs Identify opportunities for service, repairs, replacements, upgrades, projects, and other HVAC/mechanical solutions Develop new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts Prepare and present proposals, pricing, recommendations, and solutions Follow opportunities from the first conversation through completion Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Estimating, Sales, and Accounting Stay connected with customers after the sale to ensure expectations are being met Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, proposal, and follow-up information Monitor account activity and stay ahead of open items Participate in customer meetings, networking events, industry events, and other business-development opportunities Represent HVH in a way that makes customers want to work with us again

Requirements

Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, building services, construction, or a related industry
A proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Experience managing accounts and developing new business
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into practical solutions
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
Strong organizational and CRM skills
Professionalism without being stuffy
The ability to work collaboratively with operations and field teams
A reputation for doing what you say you’re going to do

Responsibilities
