About The Position

As our Account Manager, you will lead and scale our commercial facility operations across campus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
  • 2–5+ years in commercial janitorial, venue, or facility management
  • experience leading 30+ headcount

  • 2–5+ years of progressive management experience in commercial janitorial, university campus, venue, or facility management.
  • Demonstrated success leading 30+ team members, coaching workflows, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Solid skills in budgeting and forecasting, paired with proficiency in enterprise tools (MS Office, HRIS, CRM).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (a short writing assessment is required during interview steps).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee routine cleaning, venue preparation, and game-day setups as our lead Account Manager.
  • Direct, coach, and retain 35–40 team members and shift supervisors to keep operations running smoothly across all shifts.
  • Oversee operational budgets, labor allocation, and supply management to consistently hit account financial KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary Account Manager for athletics and facility contacts, delivering top-tier communication and solutions.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to support account expansion and operational growth.
