About The Position

A Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships with our most valuable clients while also becoming a valued coach to Account Managers. Sr. Account Managers also must continuously learn and stay current with digital marketing trends and technology updates to help the team be successful.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of previous account management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or agency experience
  • Understand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successful
  • Confident communicator: able to effectively present using email, phone, and video conferencing
  • Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for contributing to growth
  • Self-motivation and a competitive “fire”
  • Effective time management with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize a large portfolio of clients
  • Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new apps and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: a listener, and presenter and "people person"
  • Ability/willingness to travel occasionally
  • A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Client Success to help develop strategies for client retention.
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for your client portfolio
  • Build strong client report through timely communication
  • Educate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for additional products/services, articulate their value, and expand existing relationships with clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative designers to achieve client business goals
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with clients, team members and stakeholders
  • Synthesize data to understand campaign results
  • Other duties as assigned.
