Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
2–5+ years in commercial janitorial, venue, or facility management
experience leading 30+ headcount
writing assessment required
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
2–5+ years of progressive management experience in commercial janitorial, university campus, venue, or facility management.
Demonstrated success leading 30+ team members, coaching workflows, and driving operational efficiency.
Solid skills in budgeting and forecasting, paired with proficiency in enterprise tools (MS Office, HRIS, CRM).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (a short writing assessment is required during interview steps).

Responsibilities

Oversee routine cleaning, venue preparation, and game-day setups as our lead Account Manager.
Direct, coach, and retain 35–40 team members and shift supervisors to keep operations running smoothly across all shifts.
Oversee operational budgets, labor allocation, and supply management to consistently hit account financial KPIs.
Serve as the primary Account Manager for athletics and facility contacts, delivering top-tier communication and solutions.
Work closely with regional leadership to support account expansion and operational growth.
