This is a part-time Senior Account Manager position focused on employee benefits. The role involves providing service delivery to assigned clients, resolving complex customer service problems, and acting as a dedicated, outward-facing resource for these accounts. The Senior Account Manager will build relationships with employer/group clients, serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery, and represent clients internally, coordinating with other functions to implement systems, complete projects, and address ongoing needs. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, leading designated renewals, preparing renewal information, and presenting solutions. The role also involves overseeing new client set-up, renewals, and open enrollment meetings, establishing business rapport with clients and vendors, discussing legislation and market trends, and generating client interest in additional coverage. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will coach less experienced staff. Complexity is determined by uncertainty, financial risk, technical requirements, urgency, and volume or size.
