About The Position

Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to support a premier retail client in the Kansas City market. The role owns the day-to-day client relationship, helps keep delivery operations running smoothly, and supports the account team. The position pays $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, dispatch, or logistics.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Excel, Google, and general computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, team-first attitude and problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in furniture, home delivery, or last-mile logistics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact among customers, the premier client, and delivery teams.
• Schedule and confirm customer furniture deliveries, handle inbound calls, and manage escalations.
• Resolve delivery issues, damages, and customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Run daily call reports and track delivery metrics, including on-time performance, damages, and customer satisfaction, using Excel and other programs.
• Share performance updates with client contacts and local operations leadership.
• Train and support Account Managers and help improve processes.
