About The Position

We're seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Account Manager, Performance Marketing to lead complex client relationships and drive measurable growth across integrated performance marketing programs. This role builds on the foundation of our Account Manager position with greater ownership, strategic responsibility, and client leadership. The ideal candidate has deep affiliate marketing expertise along with experience across complementary disciplines such as creator and influencer marketing, content, paid social, performance PR, or strategic partnerships. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients—anticipating needs, identifying growth opportunities, navigating complex challenges, and connecting performance marketing initiatives to broader business objectives. You'll be expected to look beyond day-to-day program performance and bring clients proactive recommendations around where the market is moving and how they should respond. You'll also play an important role internally by mentoring team members, sharing expertise, improving processes, and helping evolve how PartnerCentric delivers integrated performance marketing solutions. As an AI-forward organization, we're looking for someone who embraces emerging technology and actively uses AI to work smarter, uncover insights, improve client deliverables, and accelerate strategic thinking. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic leadership, client influence, performance marketing expertise, analytical thinking, innovation, and hands-on execution. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside and physically perform the work within the United States. We are only considering applicants who possess unrestricted, independent work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require employer sponsorship.

  • Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing strategy, publishers, networks, tracking, attribution, commission structures, and optimization.
  • Experience across additional performance marketing disciplines such as influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content marketing, paid social, performance PR, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations that drive measurable revenue and program growth.
  • Experience advising senior and executive client stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement.

  • Partner with Analytics and internal specialists to resolve measurement challenges.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs based on performance data and market insights.
  • Leverage AI to surface client and portfolio insights faster, improve strategic planning and recommendations, accelerate competitive and market research, enhance reporting and client presentations, automate repetitive workflows and improve operational efficiency, identify new partnership and optimization opportunities, and improve forecasting, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Experiment with emerging tools and share successful applications with the broader team.
