The Account Manager Level 3 is responsible for delivering best-in-class client experiences when working with The Collective. The Account Manager will strive to deliver fantastic customer service to drive client satisfaction and renewals. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for Collective clients, the Account Manager will work to deliver strategic, data-driven upsell opportunities to clients while also ensuring seamless execution of programming, ensure on time launches and exceptional execution of Annual Plans. This position is based on Fullerton, CA. We currently require employee to work 2 days in the office to support collaboration and engagement. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this role.
