Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive direct and partner sales within the ERP ecosystem, specifically focusing on payments and accounts receivable (AR) automation software solutions. This role will be instrumental in expanding our footprint with ERP customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of successful experience in direct and/or channel sales of software solutions, with a strong preference for experience in ERP, payments, or accounts receivable automation.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AP automation solutions and the ability to discuss comprehensive AR/AP solutions (e.g., PayTrace's partnership with Fidesic).
  • Experience with solutions that support credit card surcharging and interchange optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for PayTrace's AR and payment automation solutions with B2B customers utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Acumatica.
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand customer pain points related to manual AR processes, collections, and payment reconciliation.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads that are self-generated, as well as those supported by SDRs.
  • Present compelling demonstrations of Trace AR for Business Central and Trace AR for Acumatica, showcasing its ability to centralize payments, reduce credit card processing costs with interchange optimization, simplify collections, and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with VARs who represent Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Acumatica (many have LOBs for both systems) to drive co-selling opportunities and channel growth.
  • Educate partners on the value proposition of PayTrace's solutions and how they complement existing Microsoft and Acumatica ERP offerings.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and customer engagements.
  • Support partners in understanding and selling Trace AR for Business Central/Acumatica, emphasizing its seamless integration and benefits like automated reconciliation and reduced Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Represent PayTrace at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
