Your mission is to protect and grow an assigned territory of accounts by driving measurable value, deep platform adoption, and long-term partnerships. You'll engage across the org chart — from CROs, CFOs, and CISOs to Revenue Ops, System Admins, and GTM leaders — balancing commercial acumen with strategic guidance. You'll also bring an AI-forward mindset, using intelligent tooling to prioritize, personalize, and scale your work in ways that set you and your customers apart. Key performance indicators include customer retention and renewal targets, net revenue retention, expansion quota attainment, renewal forecast accuracy, platform utilization, and customer sentiment.
