Your Role at Pura: We are looking to add a Senior Account Manager at Pura. The ideal candidate is a strategic, confident relationship owner who is professional, personable, highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated. This role is responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of key brand partners while delivering a world-class partner experience through consistent omni-channel revenue growth. The Senior Account Manager operates as a business owner for their partners—defining strategy, leading execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive long-term success across wholesale, marketplace, and retail channels. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. Requirements

  • 10+ years of Account Management or Brand Partnerships experience (Beauty and/or Personal Care preferred. Omni-channel business preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large or complex brand partnerships
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving revenue and partner outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Results-driven problem solver who can anticipate partner needs and act proactively
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and going the extra mile

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of Core, Growth, and Strategic brand partners
  • Define the annual and long-term strategy for each brand within the Pura marketplace, Pura retail and partner wholesale channels
  • Lead execution of omni-channel marketing and distribution growth strategies
  • Full ownership of partnership performance metrics, including:
  • Partner Satisfaction results
  • Wholesale revenue
  • Partner revenue on Pura.com
  • Partner revenue through Pura retail
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with brand partners
  • Lead Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews, monthly touchbases, and strategic planning sessions
  • Manage complex projects including new launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Support demand planning, forecasting, logistics, and fulfillment for partners’ wholesale businesses
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively address risks before they impact performance
  • Serve as a thought partner to brands, helping them navigate and succeed within Pura’s omni-channel ecosystem
  • Mentor and support junior Account Managers, sharing best practices and strategic guidance
