We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager to join our team, focused on growing and maintaining our strategic B2B customer base within the Canadian food industry. You will act as the primary liaison between our organization and key customer partners, driving market share expansion, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Reporting to our Business Segment Manager – Bakery & Bars the ideal candidate will bring a strong sales experience with a technical background, to maintain and develop an established territory. The role involves traveling regularly within the assigned region and promoting Quadra's products and services. This includes the development and implementation of a team-based strategic sales plan based on a solid understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
