Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential for managing client and prospect accounts. The role involves actively contacting an assigned account base through various channels to develop sales opportunities. It also requires conducting in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, leading strategic conversations with stakeholders to identify customer requirements and business challenges. A focus on optimal customer experience and developing strategic plans for short-term and long-term customer needs is crucial. Collaboration with technology subject matter experts is expected to enhance knowledge, facilitate sales, and achieve customer success. Developing and nurturing high-level relationships within the customer base is key for long-term viability and account penetration. Sales professionals will have access to tools like ZoomInfo, internal sales process materials, ROI assessment tools, special pricing opportunities, customer-facing case studies, and a business development team.
