  • In-Depth knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes.
  • Ability to apply expertise in a complex sales environment.
  • Confidence to work with senior level executives and using influencing skills to negotiations and drive sales.
  • Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust.
  • Confidence to solve complex problems using analysis, judgement and multiple sources of information.
  • Accountability for your own work.
  • Business development experience with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research, consistent daily cold-calling.
  • Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue.
  • Create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to best meet your clients’ expectations.
  • Prospect and quickly build rapport with customers, adapting messaging and style based on customer needs.
  • Service large accounts and/or complicated business segments.
  • Expand relationships and trust by staying abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs.
  • Solve complex problems using analysis, judgement and multiple sources of information.
  • Provide guidance to new team members.
  • Business development experience with new and existing customers.
