About The Position

Spirit of ‘76, L.L.C. is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Account Executive to join their team. This role involves building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling. The position requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-level sales planning with hands-on customer support and deliver exceptional customer service. The role can be based in their Columbia, Missouri office or remotely for candidates in the Dallas, Texas area.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized with superior time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • A reliable source of transportation to and from your home base.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify areas for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling products or services that provide real value to the customer.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Balance high-level sales planning with hands-on customer support.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
