This includes advancements in cybersecurity, cloud data functionality, backfile conversion, and managed print, IT, and automation services. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required. The role involves actively contacting assigned accounts via calls, email campaigns, and social media, conducting in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, and leading strategic conversations with stakeholders to identify customer requirements and business challenges. A focus on optimal customer experience and developing strategic plans for short-term and long-term customer needs is essential. Collaboration with technology subject matter experts is key to enriching knowledge, facilitating sales, and achieving customer success. Developing and nurturing high-level relationships within the customer base is also a critical aspect of the role. Sales professionals will have access to tools like ZoomInfo, internal sales process materials, ROI assessment tools, special pricing opportunities, customer-facing case studies, and a business development team.
