This role requires a solution-oriented sales approach and a sales style conducive to building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing and leadership functions within brokerages. You’ll combine your SaaS sales expertise, knowledge of the real estate ecosystem, and strong communication skills to position our platform as a must-have marketing solution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a B2B mid-market or solutions sales role
  • Strong understanding of r eal estate, brokerage models, or PropTech highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing five-figure deals
  • Deep networks and the ability to leverage existing relationships in the residential real estate space
  • Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market level prospects across the brokerage sector, presenting our innovative digital marketing solution, designed specifically for the Real Estate / Brokerage market
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from cold outbounding and prospecting, discovery, and consultative solution selling through to negotiation and closing - the ability to develop intelligent client strategies and demonstrate real value is a key to success in this role
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders within your client base (brokerages) especially in marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams across US and Australia to ensure your client needs are understood and met
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
