About The Position

This role utilizes detailed risk expertise to support critical client functions across product lines. You will evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials, develop solutions, articulate the impact of options, and leverage prepared analytics to make informed recommendations to clients. The role also plays an important part in client retention, growth, and the overall success of moderately complex client relationships.

Requirements

Detailed risk expertise and experience evaluating risks, loss experience, cash flow, and financials.
Ability to develop solutions, assess options, and make recommendations to clients.
Experience supporting client relationships and driving retention and growth.
Strong client service skills with the ability to respond to complex client needs and questions.

Responsibilities

Help establish growth and retention strategies for the account team and monitor implementation.

Serve as a client contact and respond to more complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
Serve as a thought leader within the organization while complying with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
