About The Position

RentEngine makes renting an apartment faster, easier, and cheaper. Hundreds of leasing teams in 40 states rely on RentEngine every day. We launched in 2025 and are growing by 20%/month with a team of 15. We ship new features daily and announce weekly. This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. You'll learn quick and get as much responsibility as you can handle. Requirements

  • Sold SaaS before (2+ year minimum)
  • Confident in cold outreach and know how to follow up
  • Love clear targets and fast feedback
  • Don’t wait to be told what to do—you drive the process
  • Experience with mid-market deal cycles

  • Real estate/property management experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and running outbound campaigns to mid-sized property managers
  • Running 1:1 demos and closing net-new accounts
  • Managing a pipeline with velocity—our sales cycle is short
  • Driving deals that bring in 5,000+ units/month
