The ideal candidate has experience selling consulting and/or technology solutions into commercial enterprises and/or federal integrators and thrives in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment. You are energized by landing new client relationships, building credibility with senior stakeholders, and navigating complex sales cycles. A collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to integrity are essential, as is the ability to partner closely with delivery, talent, and leadership teams to drive meaningful business outcomes. This is a hybrid position for someone local to the Tysons Corner or Metro DC area, with the ability to commute to client sites and our HQ as needed. Reporting to our SVP of Revenue & Growth, you will represent Main Digital’s digital transformation and consulting capabilities to prospective clients. You’ll focus on identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships, and helping clients envision and achieve meaningful change. Working closely with Delivery and Talent teams, you will help shape solutions that align clients’ needs with Main Digital’s strengths, ensuring we are positioned to deliver exceptional results. Your success will be measured by your ability to create momentum in the market, convert opportunities into long-term client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s sustained growth.
