About The Position

MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care. We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Revenue, you’ll be a high impact executive driving end-to-end sales excellence by transforming healthcare foodservice challenges into high-ARR, multi-module partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Education or training in SaaS sales or healthcare food service.
  • Strengths in verbal & written communication, adaptability, and relational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
  • This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for larger, multi-location healthcare and senior living organizations.
  • Lead complex discovery across operations, culinary, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Design and position multi-module solutions that drive meaningful operational and financial impact.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value target organizations.
  • Identify white space opportunities across multi-site networks.
  • Maintain minimum 3x to 4x pipeline coverage aligned to quota.
  • Lead co-selling motions with strategic distributors, referral partners, and channel partners.
  • Lead internal deal strategy sessions for complex or high-value opportunities.
