At Solventum, people are at the heart of every innovation we pursue. Guided by empathy, insight, and clinical intelligence, we collaborate with the best minds in healthcare to address our customers’ toughest challenges. As an Acera Senior Account Executive, you’ll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives. You will develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies. You will also build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care. Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management is also a key part of this role. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted. This role sits within Solventum’s Medical Surgical Division, supporting the Acera product portfolio and its clinically proven solutions designed to improve patient outcomes and surgical efficiency. Through Acera Surgical and the Restrata product, the team advances evidence-based wound care technologies that support healing across multiple surgical specialties, helping frontline healthcare providers deliver safer, more effective care.
