This role supports the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing and communications programs under the supervision of the Account lead. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for drafting client-facing communications and preparing materials for presentation to clients, such as campaign assets and digital content. This position will also facilitate team working sessions, capturing input, feedback, and next steps. A key responsibility includes developing and reviewing MLR submissions, working with Account leads to manage the MLR review and approval process, and ensuring the quality of all assets and submissions. The role involves tracking activities across agency disciplines and teams independently, providing regular updates to internal teams, and drafting client meeting agendas, recaps, activity reports, and status updates for assigned accounts. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will monitor client/industry publications, compile trends and analysis for distribution, and organize client assets on internal SharePoint.
