About The Position
MMGY Global is seeking a talented Senior Account Executive, PR for their Austin, TX office. This role involves storytelling through pitch and press release writing, creative development of packages, promotions, events, and partnerships. Responsibilities include arranging interviews, securing thought leadership pieces, and coordinating/hosting press trips. Requirements
- BA/BS college degree in communications or journalism
- 3-5 years PR/related experience
- Direct travel and lifestyle client background preferred
- A strong network of high-level print, digital and broadcast media contacts
- Sharp pitching and networking skills
- Proficient writing
- Self-starting and hands-on
- Organized and thoughtful
- Superior people skills
- Problem solving techniques
- Savvy client counsel
- Creative thinking skills
- Enjoys working with and mentoring others
