Salesforce is seeking experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of meeting sales targets to expand its customer base within the Department of War community. This role focuses on acquiring new accounts and generating new business within existing ones, with a sales territory concentrated on the U.S. Air Force. As an Account Executive, you will leverage your skills in opportunity management and solution selling to assess customer business problems and drive investment through successful contract execution. Prior experience with complex sales to the US Air Force or other DoD agencies and expert knowledge of the US Air Force acquisition community are considered advantageous. You will lead and empower a large matrix team of sales support roles to execute sales strategies and tactics. The preferred geographic location is the Washington, D.C. metro area, but other markets will be considered.
