About The Position

DataMax AI and MaxAccelerate are part of one of the most exciting and fast-growing technology groups currently operating in the enterprise software, AI, professional services and IBM Maximo market. MaxAccelerate supports global enterprise clients with IBM Maximo, IBM MAS 8/9, Enterprise Asset Management, EAM, asset management, upgrade, implementation and managed services expertise. DataMax AI provides advanced AI software, reporting, analytics, automation and data intelligence solutions designed specifically for IBM Maximo, MAS and enterprise asset management environments. Together, we operate a specialist global Maximo network with access to over 2,000 experienced Maximo consultants, architects, developers, functional specialists, technical specialists, integration experts and MAS professionals. We are now looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Executive who can combine business development, technical recruitment, client relationship management, professional services sales and AI software sales into one powerful 360-degree role. This is a dream job for a seasoned IT technical recruiter, 360 recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant, technology recruiter or recruitment business developer who wants to pivot into AI software sales, secure a long-term career in enterprise technology, and move beyond traditional recruitment into a higher-value, future-focused sales role. Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, software recruitment, professional services recruitment, technology sales, software sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales or enterprise solution sales.
  • A proven track record of meeting KPIs, exceeding targets and consistently delivering commercial results.
  • Strong business development experience, ideally selling into enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Experience opening new accounts, building pipeline and progressing sales conversations.
  • Confidence speaking with clients, candidates and senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to sell talent, services, software and capability — not just CVs.
  • Strong LinkedIn, email, phone and networking skills.
  • Good commercial understanding of day rates, margins, contract recruitment, permanent recruitment, consulting services, SaaS or professional services sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and target-driven mindset.
  • Desire to move further into AI software sales and enterprise technology.

  • Experience recruiting for IBM Maximo, IBM MAS, EAM, CMMS, ERP, cloud, data, AI, analytics or enterprise software roles.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target companies using IBM Maximo, IBM MAS, Enterprise Asset Management, EAM, CMMS and asset-intensive software platforms.
  • Build a pipeline of enterprise clients across industries such as facilities management, utilities, transport, rail, aviation, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, public sector and real estate.
  • Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, Asset Management Directors, Maintenance Directors, Reliability Managers, Operations Leaders and Procurement teams.
  • Introduce MaxAccelerate’s Maximo consulting, implementation, upgrade, support and professional services capability.
  • Support the sale of DataMax AI software, AI reporting, analytics, dashboarding and automation solutions to Maximo clients.
  • Learn how to position and sell AI software, SaaS, analytics and managed professional services into enterprise customers.
  • Book discovery calls, qualify opportunities and progress sales conversations.
  • Present specialist Maximo consultants and delivery teams to potential customers.
  • Build long-term client relationships and become a trusted advisor in the Maximo, EAM and AI transformation market.
  • Source, qualify and build relationships with experienced Maximo consultants, Maximo developers, Maximo technical consultants, Maximo functional consultants, MAS architects, integration consultants, report developers, support consultants and EAM specialists.
  • Manage and grow our existing network of over 2,000 Maximo professionals globally.
  • Understand consultant skills, availability, rates, locations, project experience and suitability for client requirements.
  • Match technical profiles to client opportunities.
  • Sell consultant profiles, project teams and delivery capability into target accounts.
  • Build specialist talent pools across IBM Maximo, MAS 8, MAS 9, Manage, Health, Predict, Mobile, Scheduler, BIRT, Cognos, integrations, OpenShift, Red Hat, cloud and enterprise systems.
  • Support clients with contract, permanent, project-based and managed service hiring needs.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the global Maximo and enterprise asset management ecosystem.
  • Build relationships with IBM Business Partners, system integrators, consultancies and enterprise customers.
  • Track client needs, hiring demand, upcoming upgrades, MAS migration projects and AI readiness opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences and account-based sales activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, candidate notes and client activity.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market activity for both DataMax AI and MaxAccelerate.
