About The Position

EverPro, a business within EverCommerce, is hiring a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager for improveit 360 to own and scale its account-based marketing strategy for a focused market of high-value remodeling businesses. This is a strategic leadership role focused on bringing Marketing and Sales together around a shared target-account strategy and building programs that generate measurable account engagement, pipeline, and revenue. As the primary Marketing partner to Sales leadership for ABM, this person will develop shared accountability, translate account intelligence into practical recommendations, and continually refine the program based on data and frontline feedback. The position can be based anywhere in the United States and may require travel to EverCommerce’s Denver headquarters or other North American offices. Candidates must be eligible to work without sponsorship.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate account-level data into clear decisions and actions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Content, Events, and other Marketing teams.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution, building frameworks while launching programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Practical approach to building scalable processes without overengineering them.
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
