As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and manage complex engineering projects, including setting timelines, budget, and coordinate with cross functional teams on studio design, engineering, manufacturing, testing and supply chain. You will be working on a small high performing team to deliver fully integrated EV vehicle exterior systems that achieve aspirational targets associated with cost, weight, efficiency, and exceed operational tolerances required to deliver the ambitious project scope. This team will be highly technical in nature and will come from engineering and data centric team environments that have had to deliver the holistic end to end engineering life cycle from ideation through design, engineering, test and ensuring efficient industrialization. Requirements

  • Experience in leading and managing complex engineering projects.
  • Experience in setting timelines and budgets.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams on studio design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain.
  • Experience delivering fully integrated EV vehicle exterior systems.
  • Experience achieving targets associated with cost, weight, and efficiency.
  • Experience exceeding operational tolerances.
  • Experience in a highly technical, engineering, and data-centric team environment.
  • Experience delivering the end-to-end engineering life cycle from ideation through design, engineering, test, and industrialization.
