SUMMARY As a Technical Recruiter (Semiconductor), you will partner with our client´s Hiring Managers to develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy to hire exceptional talent. You will be responsible for account management across Pierpoint´s business or functional groups, evangelizing Pierpoint’s recruitment and assessment process to managers, and providing the critical feedback necessary to improve results and increase business impact. You will share the company vision with potential candidates, assess for those who meet our high bar, and connect this talent with hiring teams. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience and demonstrated success in a Recruiter role
  • Proven experience recruiting in the Semiconductor Industry (HW and SW )
  • Exceptional Project Management Skills: how to plan, set, and manage to reasonable timelines, while delivering projects that align to the business strategy
  • Delights customers and partners with positive experiences

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure exceptional candidate experiences
  • Own the end-to-end process of delivering the key critical customer (managers, partners and candidates) benefits and experiences while driving relentlessly to ensure speed and quality are the focus for each step of the recruiting process
  • Partner across the org to deliver business results driving a One Pierpoint mindset while communicating and influencing effectively
  • Deliver exceptional results and become dependable for the team and leaders
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance. This could include developing recruiting strategies, independently comparing candidates' skills to the applicable job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and determining without supervision whether candidates are a good fit for the position based on the client’s needs
