Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years in high-growth technology companies.
Experience sourcing candidates via social media and job platforms.
Experience filling technical roles within R&D, such as Senior Software Engineers.
Proficient in Google Suite tools.
Knowledge of recruiting KPIâs, metrics, and reporting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workday or Greenhouse.
Knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority positions effectively.
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and enjoys taking initiative.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
Develop and implement initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent.
Source active and passive candidates through various channels.
