Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years in high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience sourcing candidates via social media and job platforms.
  • Experience filling technical roles within R&D, such as Senior Software Engineers.
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools.
  • Knowledge of recruiting KPI’s, metrics, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workday or Greenhouse.
  • Knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority positions effectively.
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and enjoys taking initiative.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent.
  • Source active and passive candidates through various channels.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for R&D teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement and influence hiring decisions.
  • Present recruitment strategies and results to senior management.
  • Accountable to yourself, your team, hiring leaders, and candidates.
