This full-cycle recruiting role is responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience end to end; sourcing to build strong pipelines of candidates, partnering with candidates and hiring managers throughout and negotiating/closing offers. This person will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. To be successful, you bring a collaborative mindset, strong domain expertise, and a desire to support a growth stage start-up through scale. This role reports to the Senior Manager, PED Recruiting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in Software Engineering (front end, mobile, web experience is a plus!)
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong skills in sourcing and engaging passive talent, particularly senior engineering talent.
  • A strong ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Experience building relationships with engineering leadership, with ability to influence and drive towards goals.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
  • Strong, clear verbal and written communication
  • Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, sometimes complex, searches.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best talent to Maven
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes and ensure goals are met.
  • Manage talent pipelines effectively and proactively use data to provide updates to hiring teams and recruiting leadership.
  • Own and drive offers with candidates - extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates.
