Semiconductor Assembly Technician 1
About The Position
Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is looking for an Assembly Technician. In this position, the successful candidate will perform specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates various equipment in performing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack. Reads, collects and records data. Candidate will be required to work in a clean room environment, including wearing clean room garments. Candidates with previous manufacturing experience that required multi-tasking is a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Must meet applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access (U.S. citizen or U.S. national; lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder); or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)).

- Previous manufacturing experience that required multi-tasking.
