We are currently accepting applications for a 1st Shift Truck Driver Semi (Endorsed). Our Truck Drivers are responsible for transporting shipments between plants and to customers.

Requirements

• Michigan CDL Class A License
• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Able to work well without direct supervision; self-motivated
• Obtains hi-lo license and operates hi-lo safely
• Knowledge of DOT regulated material shipments and transports.

Nice To Haves

• High school education or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Transports products per shipping orders
• Maintains trucks in good working order and cleans trucks when necessary.
• Reports any damage of the truck or trailer to appropriate personnel.
• Completes the drivers log accurately and properly.
• Ensures that all shipping paperwork is in order.
• Reports routine repairs on vehicles.
• Maintains good housekeeping.
• Performs other tasks assigned by designated supervisor.
