About The Position
Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is seeking a Semi-Skilled Technician to join their service department. This is a full-time position in a busy, well-established shop. The ideal candidate will have GM experience and a passion for quality workmanship. The dealership offers a clean, modern facility with updated equipment, supportive management, and opportunities for continued training and advancement.
Requirements
- Prior GM or dealership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to meet Local 701 requirements
Nice To Haves
- GM experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repair work on GM vehicles
- Assist skilled technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures for quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service
