Requirements

• One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must be in possession of a valid PA non-commercial Class C driver’s license or equivalent.
• Must be in possession of a valid federal or state-issued photo ID and pass a favorable NCIC screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades staff with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, construction, and repair tasks
• Cut grass, trim bushes, remove debris, and complete landscaping activities
• Operate mowers, trimmers, snow removal tools, and other basic equipment
• Perform minor repairs, change filters, clean tools, and support upkeep of work areas
• Load and unload supplies, move furniture, set up or remove equipment, and transport items
• Remove snow and ice, rake leaves, clean drainage areas, and maintain outdoor spaces
