About The Position
This is a semi-local CDL-A driving opportunity offering strong earning potential and regular home time. Drivers can expect to make an average of $1,864 per week, with top earners reaching up to $2,507 weekly. The position involves regional routes with deliveries throughout downtown Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Most deliveries are store unloads where the driver observes, but inner-city stores require the use of a liftgate and pallet jack. Drivers will have a 34-hour reset and be home 2-3 days every week.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
- Able to pass a hair follicle drug test
- Clean MVR
- No SAP
Responsibilities
- Deliveries throughout downtown Chicago and surrounding Chicago suburbs
- Observe store unloads for most deliveries
- Utilize liftgate and pallet jack for inner-city store deliveries
