About The Position

This is a semi-local position operating throughout Georgia and Florida, hauling pre-loaded trailers from the Target distribution center in Midway, GA to Target stores. Freight is 95% drop & hook with 5% live unload. Backhauls are required. Reliable transportation to and from the account is mandatory. The truck must remain at the account during time off. Average Annual Pay: $80,000. Experience Required: Minimum 6 months CDL-A experience. Schedule: Semi-Local | 34-hour reset on a consistent weekday (not weekends). Home Time: Approx. 3 nights/week in truck. Start Times: 1700–2200 (assigned; drivers cannot select). Shift Length: 7–14 hours. Miles/Week: ~2,500. Equipment: International Sleeper | Assigned trucks | 48’ & 53’ box trailers. Additional Pay: Training paid hourly at $20/hr; stop pay only for backhauls or unscheduled stops.

Requirements

Valid CDL A license in the state that you live.
At least 6 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor trailer experience.
Relatively clean driving record and personal background.
Must have 1 year of safe driving since completing an SAP program if a failed Drug/Alcohol Test occurred.

Responsibilities
