About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Semi Driver for their Buda, TX branch. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26 - $33, paid weekly, with overtime eligibility. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call duties. Sunstate Equipment values safety and its people, offering a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth. Requirements

Unrestricted class A CDL with a Tanker Endorsement.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a semi.
Physical agility to load & unload equipment.
Ability to commute to the Buda, TX Branch.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a wrecker or flatbed driver hauling heavy construction equipment.
Bilingual skills.
Safety oriented.
Coachable, willingness to learn, adapt, and meet Sunstate's standard of excellence.
Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Load & unload equipment on customer job sites.
Instruct customers on the safe & proper operation of the equipment.
Communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers and customers.
Maintain safety standards and a safe driving record.
Provide superior customer service.
