About The Position

The Hermès Waikiki Boutique is seeking a Selling Supervisor to join their team. This position reports to the Managing Director and will collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment. The primary responsibilities include achieving sales and customer service objectives while adhering to operational asset protection standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
  • Strong relationship development skills.
  • Impeccable communication skills.
  • Even-tempered with the ability to continuously multi-task.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Open availability to accommodate the needs of the business.
  • Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective sales target.
  • Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales efforts and the overall client experience.
  • Ensure all necessary items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbon, stationary, etc.) are consistently stocked.
  • Maintain the selling floor to meet standards, including straightening, filling in, and replenishing new receipts according to VM guidelines, tagging, and ticketing.
  • Provide assistance with inventory preparation as needed.
  • Process and ensure the accuracy of all POS transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and administrative support for after-sales service.
  • Partner with management on POS decisions and communicate any discrepancies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets and bag checks.
  • Practice appropriate AP techniques and follow all guidelines for key control and merchandise security.
  • Adhere to physical EAS tagging guidelines and ensure all products are properly ticketed.
  • Properly prepare for physical inventory and participate in cycle counts.
  • Consistently provide high levels of service to clients, including prompt greetings, offering assistance, answering questions, and assisting with wrapping and packaging at the POS.
