About The Position

At Bath Planet of Spokane, we are growing rapidly with a strong and consistent lead flow. Our success is built on delivering high-quality products and expert installation across the Spokane market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Selling Sales Manager to help lead our team to the next level. As a Selling Sales Manager, you will play a dual role—leading a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while also actively selling and coaching in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys developing talent. You will set the tone for the team, provide hands-on coaching, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-day concept preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Comfortable with technology (iPads, CRM systems, digital contracts)
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage appointments set by the Inside Sales team
  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside team members for training and development
  • Assist sales representatives in-home by supporting closing efforts when needed
  • Conduct cancel/save appointments to recover and secure potential sales
  • Partner with the rehash team to revisit opportunities and maximize conversions
  • Monitor team performance and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met
  • Lead ongoing team training, coaching, and development sessions
  • Set clear expectations and hold the sales team accountable to performance standards
