Requirements

MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong residential service background
Confidence selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
Willingness to handle service, installs, and branch-line drain work
Professional, customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
Run service calls start to finish like a pro
Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
Deliver 5-star experiences that drive repeat business and reviews
Drive a company van servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville
Step up to mentor newer techs when needed
