The Hermès South Coast Plaza Boutique is seeking a Selling and Service Assistant (SSA) to provide clerical support for both front and back of house operations. This role focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients and will report to the Operations Manager. The SSA will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment. The primary responsibilities include processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions, administering after-sales services, and supporting management with POS decisions. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
