About The Position

Neiman Marcus is a leading luxury retailer known for its curated product assortment, unparalleled services, and exclusive activations, creating exceptional customer experiences. It has a rich history as a brand builder, connecting top luxury designers with customers across 36 stores, digital channels, and remote selling. As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming their trusted style confidante. You will service clients both in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling, and speak authoritatively about fashion and trends.

Requirements

  • Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal
  • Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
  • Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
  • Commission sales experience
  • High School Diploma / equivalency required
  • A flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a customer-centric mentality
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing
  • Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
  • Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
  • Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration
