About The Position

Adams Property Group is seeking a PT ~ 15 hrs per week Self Storage Assistant Manager to manage and maintain the daily operations of our properties. This individual will manage customer relationships, oversee third-party vendors, and assist with preventative maintenance. This role is also responsible for the sales and management of unit and truck reservations, store materials, and marketing to local communities. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, work well with others and have an eagerness to learn more.

Requirements

  • Weekend and some holiday availability.
  • Occasional travel.
  • Light maintenance.
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills.
  • Driver's License (Required).
  • Ability to Relocate to Saint Cloud, FL before starting work (Required).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the daily operations of properties.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Oversee third-party vendors.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance.
  • Sales and management of unit and truck reservations.
  • Sales of store materials.
  • Marketing to local communities.
  • Evaluate customer storage needs and make suggestions.
  • Daily walk-throughs to confirm unit inventory and availability.
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls.
  • Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping and mopping areas and maintain exterior grounds / curb appeal clean and free of debris.
