About The Position

Performs various tasks to help approve and maintain accurate records for the Self-Direction Department.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years related experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with training of SD Specialists and self-directed staff
  • Coordinate the schedules and job responsibilities of the SD Specialists
  • Assist with special projects, such as expense reports, purge, and DSP evals
  • Assist with eVero reports for staff related line items
  • Provide mentoring to SD Specialists and feedback to supervisors on areas for development
  • Assist with coverage when SD Specialists are out
  • Spot checking reimbursements and staff time to ensure compliance and quality of services
  • Assist to develop processes, guides, and tools to assist SD Specialists in their job responsibilities
  • Approve reimbursement requests in compliance with self-direction rules and approved budgets
  • Scan and upload paper reimbursements that are sent to the office
  • Review and approve service records in accordance with departmental policies.
  • Assist with staff trainings/retraining’s regarding the use of eVero.
  • Work with FI-Representative and staff to resolve any issues relating to these entries.
  • Assist teammates with office tasks as needed
  • Complies with all agency policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
