About The Position

This role involves working in a warehouse environment, specifically in refrigerated conditions. The selector is responsible for performing various physical duties to meet established productivity and performance standards. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to operate specific warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Must meet established productivity and performance standards.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.
• Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse conditions.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment operation.
• Ability to participate in company orientation and training programs.
• Employees may be required to wear or use: Steel-toe safety shoes, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety equipment awareness, Safety harnesses for platform lift operations, Freezer suit, gloves, and cold-weather gear, Hearing protection, when applicable.
