About The Position

The Selector is responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment, adhering to productivity, quality, and safety standards. The Selector will operate electric power jacks and other equipment to move and stage orders.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
• Must meet company productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Must participate in company orientation and training programs.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.
• Ability to handle boxes weighing approximately 35–65 lbs.
• Steel-toe safety shoes required.
• Safety harness required (for platform lift use).
• Lock-out / Tag-out awareness training required.
• Hearing protection (optional).

Nice To Haves

• 6 months to 1 year of Electric Power Jack (EPJ) experience preferred.
• Freezer suit, gloves, and hat preferred.
• Vox audio communication system experience preferred.
• RF scanner / computer equipment experience preferred.
• Hand truck experience preferred.
• Battery charging equipment experience preferred.
• Utility knife experience preferred.
• Pallets experience preferred.
• Basic warehouse cleaning tools (mop, broom) experience preferred.
