About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Selector on the second shift. The role involves accurately selecting orders onto pallets using a rider pallet jack, maintaining a minimum company pick standard of 135 cases per hour. The position requires the ability to work in a team atmosphere, assist in other areas as needed, and perform nightly housekeeping duties. Overtime is required as business dictates. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with a performance bonus of up to an additional $5.00 per hour based on productivity and accuracy.

Requirements

Must be able to perform in a production measured environment where accuracy is essential.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to operate a riding pallet jack in a safe manner required.
Must be a team player.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
All hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
Ongoing screens required.
Electric pallet jack: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Mansfield, MA 02048 (Required)

Responsibilities

Select orders to pallets using a rider pallet jack.
Be accurate and maintain a minimum company pick standard of 135cs./hr. consistently.
Work in a team atmosphere and be willing to help in other areas as business dictates.
Perform housekeeping duties nightly after the pick is complete.
Ensure products are being selected and moved to the correct locations.
Keep pace with equipment and machinery to prevent a slowing in workflow while achieving the 135 minimum requirement of cases/shift.
